About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. - Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

-Perform other job duties as per requested

Job Requirements:

-Min. O level and above qualifications

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.

-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
