Job Description
Welcome and attend to customers, providing an excellent one-stop experience at all times.
Maintain and develop client relationships
Be proactively engaged in maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain the showroom and product layoff.
Handle customer support and liaise with Sale Managers.
Training will be provided.

Job Requirements
Independent and self-motivated individual.
Having a positive attitude to adapt to the dynamic environment.
Experience in E-commerce and online retail would be an advantage.
Prior sales experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prpfessional customer service
• Fix appointment, follow-up through reminder calls, and ensure customer visits the outlet
• Provide professional scalp analysis
• Recommend packages according to individual needs and conditions
• Update clients records in the system
• Provide administrative support
• Complete daily sales report for the outlet manager
• Collection and organization of client cards
• Maintaining client cards in neat and tidy order
• Handle and manage customer feedback (complaints & queries)
• Support the outlet manager in coordinating stock ordering, repairing equipment, store maintenance etc.
• Assist in stock take as required on a rotational basis
• General cleaning duties
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• NITEC in Business Stidies/ Administration/ Management
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Customer Service (preferably in retail/ beauty industry)
• Require MS Office and Excel Skills
• 6 day work week including weekends and PH (Compulsory to work on weekends & PH)
• Able to work retail hours
• Adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and team player
• Good interpersonal and responsible team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English

Job Description:

• Support start-up, contract maintenance and other service activities with emphasis on safety and protection.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, logging, corrective maintenance works and to carry out warranty repairs.
• Participate in service and repair of gas detectors, safety activities, emergency response, breakdown calls and ad hoc projects.
• Ensure equipment turnaround and breakdown responses are achieved at optimal level of efficiency.
• Manage all orders efficiently until fulfilment stage, by working closely with Service team.
• Liaison with relevant parties such as customers, service supervisor, coordinators and logistic pertaining to queries, technical issues, status and deliveries.
• To participate/take up Workplace Safety & Health responsibilities/ activities as per requested by the company.

Job Requirements:

• NTC2 or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Process Instrumentation / /Mechatronics Engineering
