Requirements:

• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Management / Marketing / Communications or a related discipline
• Proven experience in a customer service, account management, or relationship management role, ideally in the Financial / Fintech / Corporate Service Provider industry
• Strong understanding of corporate services such as company incorporation, company secretarial services, accounting, and tax compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset
• Strong negotiation skills with a client-centric approach
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is advantageous

• Experience with monitoring and automation tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible) to manage cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and high-availability best practices.
• AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, etc.) are preferred.
