Responsibilities

• Perform site acceptance tests, commissioning, start-up support, and troubleshoot maintenance issues for Insulating Glass machines.
• Interface with customers to address service needs, provide technical support, and ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver training to optimize product use and coordinate repair schedules.
• Provide field feedback for product improvement and ensure compliance with validation requirements.
• Maintain customer complaint records, prepare failure analysis reports, and support project goals with engineering and sales teams.

Requirements

• Min. ITE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings.
• Min. 1 year of experience in a technical servicing role.
• Open to traveling frequently within the SEA/AUS/NZ region for service assignments.
• Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking customers from China/Taiwan.
