• Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.
• Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

Role in Summary:

This position requires the individual to attend to the daily operational activities relating to the dormitory as a whole. This role would involve teamwork and coordination among various colleagues to address facility maintenance, repair, up keeping and customer service and engagement activities accordingly. Responsibilities:

• Preparation of vacant rooms for new residents to check in and taking over of rooms from residents.

• Plan and conduct various inspections in the dormitory as well as execution of additional measures required by government agencies implemented in the dormitory.
