Responsibilities:

• To focus on capability development of New Vehicle (e.g. Electric Vehicle).
• To be able to perform High Value component fault finding, diagnosis and repair(e.g. engine, turbo system, Cam bus, etc).
• To possess knowledge of Vehicle System Overview with proper understanding of the interlink and Interlock systems onboard Commercial Vehicles.
• To perform defect trend analysis.
• To lead technical investigation and discussion.
• To lead the diagnostic team.
• Manage fleet management study on operation vs durability studies.
• To support workshop in repair and servicing when need arises.
• To advise and perform in-depth and comprehensive trouble shooting in technical problem with and without using electronic diagnostic tools, raised by the team and perform hands-on repair to the vehicle if needed.
• To check and ensure all the recording of repair findings, rectification, photos, voice message or any other details as required are accurate and precise.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma (Automotive Engineering) and/or relevant working experience in repair and maintenance of commercial vehicles / automotive / trucks.
• Strong diagnostic skills using electronic diagnostic tools for commercial vehicle (European products dealership).
• Knowledge of Engineering systems theory, Mechanical, Electrical and Electrical drawings.
• Experience in leading a team of technicians, briefing and guidance of technicians, distribution and control of works.
• Preferably possess Class 3, Class 4, Class 5 license (Heavy Vehicle).

Responsibilities

• Establish good working relations with customers and provide them the best freight solution

Job Responsibilities

• Give nursing care, including medication, treatment and dealing with emergencies as well as supervision of the personal hygiene of the residents;
• Teach, guide and discipline the resident;
• Ensure the general cleanliness of the premises;
• Ensure that the treatment room, sickbay, time out room and nurse’s station are kept clean and tidy

Duties

• Screen, treat and provide nursing care to sick residents;
• Attend/carry out routine procedures for all new admissions and residents returned from absconding;
• Refer sick residents for medical examination by the doctor;
• Arrange the appointment cards and transport of residents attending appointments at hospitals and polyclinics;
• Follow-up on residents who have been referred to hospitals;
• Update the residents’ medical cards daily eg. diagnosis, treatment, transfer, appointments and discharges from hospitals;
• Serve medication to residents and supervise residents at meal times;
• Give first-aid treatment for emergency cases;
• Refer ill residents to hospital in the absence of the doctor;

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Installation and commissioning of machining centres or EDM machines with complexity at customer site.
• Conduct pre-installation assistance to customer as well as post installation visit and check up.

• Provide technical support to other Field Service engineers in the field.

• Follow the workplace safety and health system, safe work procedures or safety rules implemented at the workplace.

Job Requirements

• Good in MS Office and general computer knowledge
• Minimum ITE / Diploma in related technical field
• At least 2 years experience in installation & service of CNC machines.
• Strong electrical trouble shooting experience is an added advantage
