Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from inception to delivery and through the entire order-to-cash cycle.
• Liaise with other teams to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
• Administer return processing & credit/debit price adjustment.
• Expedite and track customer orders: answer inquiries ( through e-mail, whatsapp, etc.).
• Take corrective actions to resolve customer issues or order fulfilment inefficiencies.
• Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and systems used within Customer Service systems with expertise to assist less experienced colleagues.
• Min Diploma in Business Admin / Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 1 year previous Customer Service experience in an F&B / FMCG environment including management of complex/challenging customer issues.
• Experience of encouraging others to work to KPI’s/SLA’s.
• Creative thinking ability with proven problem-solving skills including developing new ideas and making projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the IT Service Management team. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage, develop, enhance and support company’s IT Service management platform. Drive strategic development and enhance its usability and integration with other tools and process to maximise value.
• Drive IT Operational Service Delivery and management activities, e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Patch, Configuration and Asset management processes. This includes support of IT operational incidents after office hours.

Requirements

• Degree in IT related discipline & IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
• Minimum 5 – 8 yrs of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management
• Experienced in project management for IT Infrastructure initiatives, scripting, system admin capabilities, service automation and related technologies.
• Knowledge of actual development and Hands-on administration on ServiceNow Platform. Certification in ServiceNow ITSM CAS, CAD or CIS preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers including troubleshooting, product recommendation and used oil analysis.
• Establish technical partnership with key accounts.
