Job Description:

1. Client Consultation:Engage with marine industry clients to understand their technical needs.
   Recommend solutions, such as marine engines, navigation systems, propulsion systems, or safety equipment.
   
2. Technical Presentations:Conduct demonstrations or presentations to showcase the technical aspects and benefits of marine products or services.
   
3. Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the marine sector, including shipyards, fleet operators, and marine contractors.
   Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
   
4. Proposal Development:Prepare technical bids, proposals, and quotations tailored to the marine industry.
   
5. Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, including emerging marine technologies, regulations, and competitor offerings.
   
6. Technical Support:Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients.
   
7. Collaboration:Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions.
   Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
   
8. Regulatory Compliance:Ensure that proposed solutions comply with international maritime regulations, such as IMO (International Maritime Organization) standards.
   

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the marine industry or related sectors such as offshore, shipbuilding, or marine services.
• Knowledge of specific marine equipment (e.g., propulsion systems, navigation equipment, or ballast water treatment systems).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:Bachelor's degree
  
• Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of marine systems, equipment, and technologies.
  Familiarity with international maritime regulations and standards.
  
• Sales Expertise:Proven ability in B2B sales, negotiation, and closing deals within the marine sector.

Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. This position entails overseeing the inside sales function within the Singapore office and carrying the responsibility for supporting the marketing, sales, and service functions. Generally, the Customer Experience Manager coordinates, plans, and supervises a company's Inside Sales team, aiming to ensure the optimized interaction between the company and its customers and lead the team to achieve the Departmental KPIs and goals.

This role will be based in Singapore, is part of the Sales Department and reports to the Country Sales Manager. The main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Responsible for the leadership and management of the inside Sales function in the Sales Center

• Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the Inside Sales Engineers

• Ensure strategic alignment of the local organization with the group strategy.

• Responsible for the implementation and communication of the strategic plans in conjunction with the local key stakeholder

• Lead & drive the Customer Experience Management (CXM) program.

• Work with respective stakeholders to provides insights, tools, methods, and trainings for the team to become truly customer centric.

• Developing and implementing strategies useful in improving customer relationship, dedication, and satisfaction.

• Establish communication channels through which Customers can reach out to us easily and effectively.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret customer interactions data to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing customer experience.

• Work closely with Sales / Marketing departments to analyze customer’s feedback and develop activities/events effective for improved customer experience.

• Work with Corporate Team (HQ) to conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.

• To work with respective stakeholders to grow Company’s Digital business.

• To work closely with External Sales in a team approach to serving the customers.

• Guide and direct the activities of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure their interactions with customers reflects positively on the company.

• Mentoring of Inside Sales Engineers to ensure compliance with set standards of courtesy and professionalism.

• Good understanding on processes for costings, quotations and proposals using CEP, SAP system.

• To provide guidance to team on technical advisory, project proposals follow-up, negotiations, closing project orders and customer liaison.

• Any other tasks might be required by the Company to support the business strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or related studies (Electrical, Chemical Mechanical or Process)

• Work Experience in MNC and similar industry will be an advantage

• At least 3 years of relevant management experience

• Experience in managing and leading teams in a dynamic work environment

• Knowledge of relevant products and industries

• Technical knowledge of process automation and instrumentation

• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

• Work independently as well as in a team

Job responsibilities

• To be responsible for the preparation of report required by principal and internal stakeholders

• Be responsible on minutes taking and timely submission.

• To coordinate with internal stakeholders on related matters (e.g. Finance, Human Resource Department, etc.)

• To be in-charge of ensuring documents are being submitted timely with compliance to principal and company guidelines.

• Taking ownership of tracking Work in Progress status, follow up and update status to HOD.

• Preparation of the WIP summary for monthly meeting.

• To be familiar with warranty processes and ensure company adhere to warranty policies and guidelines,

• Ensure all repair orders and invoices are kept in order.

• Any other duties or tasks that are assign by Service Manager whenever needed.

Job requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘A’ Level/ Diploma

• 3 years’ experience in relevant industry

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Quality orientation

Mon to Fri - 8am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily basis service work and handling new installation projects and testing commissions for air-cooled and water-cooled chiller.

- Routine servicing of Commercial Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled chillers) onsite.

- Routine duties includes maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to commercial chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV CRAC, VRV Systems, including tear down and rebuild (overhauling).

- Able to read specifications and drawings by contractors.

- Inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect/locate malfunctions.

- Organise and keep up with records and report all faults, deficiencies and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders.

- Responsible for adjusting system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance systems handling for all types of refrigerant.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, Chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems

- Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills

- Strong communication skills

- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage

Lunch Service Crew or Kitchen Helpers (Monday - Friday)

Working Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9am to 4.30pm

Salary: SGD 1600 - 2000 per month
