Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Serving potential and satisfied customers, providing timely responses to requests for information, coordinating orders and delivery.
• Handle incoming calls and queries from customers and ensure that issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
• Build rapport and maintain good relationships with customers through regular after sales service, communication and support.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders, close follow up on back orders.
• Provide appropriate product recommendations/alternatives, and update customers promptly on their order status.

Requirements:

• Customer centric with strong focus on service excellence.
• With 2-3 years of relevant work experiences.
• Possess strong working knowledge in order fulfillment: order processing, invoicing and back order tracking, logistics arrangements.
• Able to use Microsoft computer applications (Outlook, Excel and Word).
• Good with numbers and good multi-tasking skills.
