Job purpose:

The Product Service Technician will work through tasks for specific product line scopes in the form of job cards. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, reporting to the Global Head of Customer Success, you will work directly with our customers to ensure they are getting most value out of our products and services. You will be responsible for executing the strategic customer engagements to augment business value by continuously managing and improving user experience, customer retention and business expansion and continuity. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between product, service, and sales, incorporating product expertise and customer feedback. Thus, you will be the "voice of the customer."

• Build strategic senior level relationships with assigned customers and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
• Provide proactive strategy update with assigned customer accounts.
• Become an expert in the way our customers operate and educate internal stakeholders on how to support them more strategically.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role including consulting, technology delivery, account management, sales, or pre-sales within or servicing Capital Markets clients.
• Ideally 2 to 3 years experience in a Customer Success role within Capital Markets.
• Previous capital markets expertise working with derivatives and fixed income analytics in trading, risk management or related technology is very beneficial.
• Exceptional Stakeholder management skills including the ability to build and nurture strategic relationships within cross functional teams and managing account risks and issues escalations as necessary.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders, prospective and actual clients without direct authority.

Job Description & Requirements

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
