• Perform verification, calibration and preventive maintenance (PMs) with in-house Metrology SOPs

• Maintain in-house calibration and qualification tools to ensure that they are timely calibrated and maintained

• Handle and Coordinate with External Third-Party (3P) vendors to support various services (calibration, PM, Qualification, repairs)

• Ensure that the External 3P vendors are qualified under Customer off-site and on-site requirements prior their service job execution

• Respond as per on-site service request guidelines to ad-hoc Service requests triggered by Laboratory End Users within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Identify and recommend to customers appropriate inventory type and quantity of inventory supply of critical equipment service parts, verification/calibration/PM kits and service tools replacement to minimize instrument downtime and budget planning.

• Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates and tracking of services rendered in this program, using an in-house Asst Management system in the following areas:

• Training

• Service Reports of all equipment and calibration tools for all services performed

• Asset information

• Vendor Qualification Review

• Effective communication and coordination with customers, vendors, multi-functional team in the company to ensure services can be carried out effectively.

The Field Service Technician position at Dingli will be based in Singapore, providing maintenance and repair services for our customers and business partners. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting field and workshop maintenance on our EWP's (Elevated Work Platforms) and Material Handling products. This includes performing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be involved in inventory management, as well as traveling to customer sites and entertaining clients.

Successful applicants for the Field Service Technician position will possess the following:

• Trade certified qualifications in either a mechanical or auto-electrical field
• Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment
• At least 2 years of post-trade experience working on EWP equipment (experience is looked upon favorably)
