Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on Credit Card applications
• Conduct instruction form from Customer Hotline & customer and handling and resolving customers’ feedback/complaints
• Conduct KYC or KYC review on new and existing customers
• Assist in Credit Card risk control
• Assist in daily operations for Credit Card back-office
• Back up on other staff's duty such as system testing, settlements, data reporting as and when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above , preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline
• Minimally 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience

The Field Service Technician position at Dingli will be based in Singapore, providing maintenance and repair services for our customers and business partners. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting field and workshop maintenance on our EWP's (Elevated Work Platforms) and Material Handling products. This includes performing inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks. In addition, you will be involved in inventory management, as well as traveling to customer sites and entertaining clients.

Successful applicants for the Field Service Technician position will possess the following:

• Trade certified qualifications in either a mechanical or auto-electrical field
• Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment
• At least 2 years of post-trade experience working on EWP equipment (experience is looked upon favorably)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong computer and communication skills
• Reliability, innovation, and a desire for career progression
• Current permanent work rights with no restriction in Singapore
• A valid Singaporean driver's license

The ideal candidate for the Field Service Technician position should meet the following requirements:

1. College degree in engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of experience as a service technician in the mechanical or equivalent industry
3. Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Singapore will be a definite advantage
4. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
5. Good understanding of customer dynamics
6. The ability to handle multiple requests without being overwhelmed
7. Fluent written and spoken English

Duties and responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relations with tenants via regular and proactive communication.

- Manage tenants complaints and work to resolve them or provide feedback to Management

- Manage and schedule work order requests put in by tenants in a timely manner

- Coordinate with contractors for the works

- Respond to any emergencies promptly to minimise disruptions to tenant’s business

- Analyze current SOPs and make recommendations to the Management to improve operating efficiency

Requirements:

- At least a Diploma in hospitality preferred (Certified true copies of certificates must be presented)

- At least 2 years of experience

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office like Excel and Google suite of products like Google Mail, Sheets and Calendar.

- Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and to set priorities in a demanding work environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- High levels of integrity

- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Willing to be on rotational weekend duty and answer texts (eg Tenant complaints and enquiries) outside of normal office hours.
