Our client is a leading manufacturer of electronic components, PCBs and power and control systems. They’re now looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic team in Singapore.
about the job
- Attain a high level of service to customers.
- Meet the monthly sales plan fulfillment as defined by management.
- Meet the department benchmark such as attaining high GP, optimal stock turns and minimize payment delay from customers.
- Generate quotation/RFQ/web quote.
- Process order entry/delivery notes / invoices/credit notes.
- Handle rescheduling requests in accordance to company guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints such as RMA, Delivery issues and claims.
- Handle all customer requested forms/agreements/contracts.
- Ensure smooth and successful fulfillment of samples, catalogs and all marketing material.
- Generate benchmark/complaint reports on a regular basis.
- Joint customer visits with the account owner as and when required.
- To be actively involved and contribute in department meetings including taking meeting minutes.
- To participate in stocktaking activities organized by the company.
job requirement
- Minimum with Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in Electronic Industry preferred.
- Possess good customer service skills
- Material planning or related experience will be an advantage.
This will be a 1 year contract role, subject to possible conversion to a permanent position, based on requirements and work performance.
