JOB DESCRIPTION

· Ensure that critical information with regard to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and follow up with the transport team till completion of delivery

· Liaise with customers to evaluate and establish actual reason for direct reject of orders at the point of delivery; and rectify the error when necessary and work with finance to process credit note promptly and accurately

· Work closely with accounts team to:

a. Resolve and reconcile credit note discrepancies against payment made by customers;

b. Resolve and reconcile price error in orders and generate price difference credit note upon receipt of approval from customers and the Company

· Exercise good customer service skill when managing difficult customers and/or customer complaints

· Verify and analyse information gathered from customers’ feedback; and resolve the issues on the spot whenever possible. KidSTART@NUH is a government-led initiative which seeks to provide support services to vulnerable pregnant mothers. This program has been highly successful in helping underprivileged pregnant mothers deliver a healthy baby and to ensure that the newborn gets the best start in life. Through home visits, the program actively engages families, social/community partners and government agencies to provide systematic, integrated and holistic support. Main Responsibilities:

1. Job PurposeTo ensure timely updates are provided by EMD staff to patients’ relatives

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

1. Provide updates on patient’s condition to patient’s relatives eg. Doctor has ordered X-ray, waiting for blood tests results, waiting for available bed for admission...
   Document details of every update in ED Web
   Remind doctor or nurse to update patient’s relatives
   Look out for patients and/or patients’ relatives who require assistance
