Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded promptly

Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions

Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within the targeted Service Level

- Build a global POI (Point of Interest) database, multi source POI integration and POI nearby search service to support TikTok local services.

- Build geocoding database, geocoding service, and IP Location service to support TikTok local services and monetization product

- Participate in the analysis/mining of location-based data based on compliance requirements, and build a location-related data warehouse

- Develop global general location based service (LBS) with high concurrency and low latency.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science or related major

- Proficiency in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications

- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++.

- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms.

- Familiar with common components such as MySQL, Hive, Redis, Spark, ElasticSearch, Message Queue and RPC.

Preferred Qualification:

-Experience in R&D of geographic location-based data is preferred, such as POI(Point of Interest) data, Geocoding related data.

As the Customer Service Executive (CSE) for Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing Singapore customers prompt and personalized service when handling their queries from multiple channels over a full range of consumer financial products and services. In performing your role, you are also expected to comply with the bank’s policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Handle calls and/ or emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services
• Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first-call resolution.
• Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
• Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
• Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.
