- Physical Deployment of Video Analytics solutions:

• Deliver and install hardware to integrate company's Video Analytics solutions into customers’ workflows and systems.

- Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Platform Administration:

• Provide comprehensive support for the web dashboard and mobile applications, including user account creation, site creation, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirement

• Demonstrated experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Proven background in technical support roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To perform kitchen and bar stations in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

PURPOSE

This role is responsible to provide support IT Servicedesk and Infrastructure management for FWD. Provide FWD SG staff with IT assistance eg provide basic access administration and monthly patch application to endpoints. Support in terms of server and network management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Day-to-day technical support for end users for laptop, printers, and mobile devices.
• Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
