**Job Responsibilities:**

- Manage daily bookkeeping and data entry

- Assist with handling secretarial documents, contract organization, and archiving

- Support daily office administrative tasks

**Requirements:**

- Singaporean citizen or PR

- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in administration, accounting, or secretarial work is a plus

- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
