This Position will support the Supply Chain/Customer Service funcion in Singapore, responsible for the day to day operations from a supply chain management perspective and strive for Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) by resolving internal and external customer inquiries related to Customer Service function, serve as the primary link between the company, Service Provider (3PL) and customers. Responsibilities include coordination of logistics, which includes inventory control and consignment stock count reconciliations,processing and monitoring to ensure 3PL meets the required KPI standards such as replenish stocks on time, used products updated on time and follow up with PO’s for billing. Able to handle most assignments independently.

• Plan and work towards achieving company vision, mission and strategies.
• Maintain full compliance with corporate Finance, Compliance and Regulatory & Quality policies and procedures and maintain all required records with regards to Customer Service and Inventory Management. Provides training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on compliance requirements.
• Promptly address customer and sales force queries.
• Inventory Management by analysing and monitoring consignment inventory level, (PAR), buffer stock level, usages, short expiry write offs, missing stocks write offs, burn down short expiry stocks in fast moving centers, weekly orders, stop shipment, products return to Herleen,.
• Assist sales department in product launch, product discontinuation, backorders, proctorship, quality hold and any others as deem necessary by Country Manager and Financial Controller.
• Perform consignment stock count at hospitals when required, analysis and reconciliation to ensure all discrepancies and inaccuracies are highlighted and addressed.
• Oversee Singapore Supply Chain to ensure all Supply Chain related activities done on time and deliver as per Sales / Customers’ need
• Manage 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth operations and meet KPI (to ensure all inbound,outbound, delivery, billing, monthly consignment stock count, annual stock count perform as per schedule)
• Provide guidance to non-supply chain stakeholders on supply chain/customer service-related matters; also provides formal and informal training to contribute to goodl collaboration across functions to achieve organization objectives.
• other related tasks / projects may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• High School / College/Diploma - 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor Degree - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience gained in multinational medical device companies will be an advantage
• Well organized with good planning skills
• Basic product and cath lab processes knowledge
• Efficient record keeping skills
• Ability to deal with complaints tactfully, calmly and politely

• Excellent spoken and written of English and local language

Client Relationship Professionals are important members of today’s modern veterinary team. They work alongside veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses to create and maintain optimal client experience and good service, upholding the team ensuring client's expectations are met, and the wellbeing of the patients is paramount.

Here are some of the key duties for this role:

· Greet and welcome patients and clients as soon as they arrive at the clinic

· Attend to incoming enquiries and triage on patient's medical conditions on phone, Whatapp and email

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, Whatsapp and email

· Manage and plan appointments according to client and patient's best interest

· Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism

· Assist with admissions/treatment as per protocols

· Receiving and verifying payments

· Liaising with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time

· Diploma and Degree holders are welcome

· Minimal 3 years of customer relations, customer service or hospitality experience

· Animal lover

· Good communication skills, fluent in spoken & written English

· Knowledge in animal health care or relevant working experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.

· Responsible, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
