It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Job Skills MS Office, Data Entry, Handle Enquiries and Requests
• Minimum GCE O Level

Specific Responsibilites

• Process of customer’s orders timely and accurately
• Prompt updating and data entry of freight transactions.
• Liaise actively with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling
• Ensure smooth shipping from vessel sail till ETA at destination.
• Handle Cargo documentation and filing
• Ensure compliance with customer’s requirements
• Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system
• Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system, close file with completeness
• Permit declaration

Job Description & Requirements

- Assigned to Business Development Manager as their Sales Support

- Provide RFQ, source rate with airline and oversea agents

- Daily shipping co-ordination of AIR/SEA/Cross Border /3RD PARTY shipments

- To handle billing advise and recoveries

- Administrative support (filing, circulation, preparation/generate report and etc.)

- To undertake new projects/new assignment given from time to time

- To represent sales department in various taskforce/committee

- Other duties as assigned by the Department Manager
