Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy based on the company's overall objectives.
• Regularly review and optimize operational processes to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
• Ensure all operational activities meet the company's quality standards and improve service quality through continuous improvement.
• Manage the operational budget, improving the company's profitability through cost analysis and control measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and coordinate resources to support project needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree Science in Hospitality Management or Business Administration. MBA is preferred.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Familiar with Chinese capital market.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Willing to travel frequently, sometimes need long-term to Europe and China for business trips
