• Provide information and support to residents regarding town council services, procedures, and events.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents; assist in maintaining records and filing systems.
• Log and track resident feedback, complaints, and service requests, ensuring follow-ups are completed promptly.
• Perform general office duties, such as data entry, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to town council policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support town council events by managing visitor registrations and providing on-site assistance.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N / O level / Nitec in business administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant receptionist / customer service experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office
