This role is with the IT Service Delivery Team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. This team is responsible for Service Operations – the structure and processes which ensure accountability, oversight and auditability throughout the team.

ServiceNow is the platform used by IT and the business for many of their processes/applications. This application is owned and developed by this team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Change Management, including review new and implemented changes, chair CAB, review change schedule, maintain dashboard, prepare comms.
• Incident Management, including analysing trends, incident workarounds, monitoring aged incidents.
• Major Incident Management, including communication, being part of the Incident Repsonse Team, managing suppliers
• Problem Management, including chairing any problem meetings, managing active problems, highlighting new problems.
• Release Management – liaising with the testers, vendor, tracking features and defects
• Service Request Management – documenting processes, analysing trends, identifying service improvements, working with teams to design new processes
• Continual Service Improvement – being able to highlight areas of improvement for effectiveness and efficiency
• Service Reporting
• ServiceNow – to assist with the day-to-day management of the tool, including working on incidents and requests

Technical Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Good knowledge of ITIL

Basic qualifications

Responsibilities

• To ensure the provision of prompt and accurate clarifications to customer queries.
• To ensure that feedback and complaints are followed-up appropriately.
• To ensure 90% of the applications are processed within five working days.
• To ensure that only applicants, who fulfil the relevant criteria, are considered for licences.
• To ensure that all queries are replied within five working days.
• To ensure that all records can be retrieved quickly upon request; and
• Make outgoing calls in reply or in response to callers who leave their numbers and request that operators call them back.
• Responsible for managing customers’ queries and feedback.
• Scrutinise the results of the various screening records in deciding on the recommendations on whether to approve or reject the licence applications.
• Analyse the applications and documents submitted to make recommendations to the relevant supervisor to approve or reject the licence applications.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Must have Refrigeration knowledge or experience.
• Min 2 - 5 years working experience in the field of Industrial cooling, industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical as well as electronic skill.
• Candidate must possess at least a ITE Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or other equivalent qualification.

Job Description

• Mainly in house chiller repair.
• Service and maintenance on site, installation and commissioning if willing to learn, training will be provided.
• Respond and attend calls from clients.
• Responsibility of all other service tasks as assign.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Manager / Supervisor.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to learn, training will be provided by way of training in our HQ Germany or Subsidiary Office in China or on-the-job training.
• travel allowance given if willing to travel overseas for service jobs.
