Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, repair, and servicing of various laser equipment and machines
• Execute onsite support and equipment/machine installation with accuracy and efficiency
• Manage an array of work orders with a focus on timely follow-up and resolution
• Provide independent service with minimal supervision, highlighting self-discipline and initiative
• Utilize knowledge of electrical systems and mechatronics in the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and service of laser machines

• At least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Laser Application Equipment and Semiconductor Industrial, with knowledge of electrical & mechatronics.

• Liaise with clients/carriers/transporters/hauliers to execute import and export shipments (Sea/Air).
• Ensure execution of client requests/requirements and respond to their service issues/enquiries.
• Declaration of PM4 or Dangerous goods application and follow up with carrier for approval.
• Works closely with the Sales/Marketing Dept. and assist to quote on their behalf during their absence.
• Generate booking confirmations, Bill of Ladings and invoices to clients
• Document filing. Declaration of import/export permits.
• Follow up with overseas agents/carriers on shipment status.
• Sending pre-alert notice and advice to agent abroad for every shipment.
• Handling local shipper or agent abroad for any enquiries or complaint for any delay or discrepancies on document through telephone or e-mail.
• Preparing Shipping Certificates, Certificate of Origin and Fumigation Certificate.
• Checking the Portnet everyday and updating berthing and unberthing time for every shipment.
• Updates on exchange rates and SOB.

** Min 1 year experience.

Fresh Graduates are also welcome.

On-Job-Training / Related Job Courses can be provided for suitable candidates who have the right attitude but lacking the correct experience.

Our Client, in the Automotive Industry located in the North has opening for Service Advisor cum insurance Claims Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and take in accident reporting and explain claims process to customers
• Liaised with insurance company pertaining motor claims / accident reporting reporting matters
• Study vehicle damaged area and able to put up proper repair estimation to surveyor/insurance company
• Conduct vehicle checks for body and paintwork repairs
• Administration duties such as check costing, claims and purchase of spare parts
• Take in servicing/accident vehicle and provide quotations

Requirements:

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in the Automotive industry.
• No experiences, but willing to learn will be good. Training will be provided.
• Possess good customer oriented and communication skills
  Experience in doing motor claims in authorized workshop / service centers will have an added advantage
