Job Description

• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.

• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet.

• Assist all customers enquires via emails and callings, including cold calling.

• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation including data entry work.

• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction.

• Handle of monetary receipts and payment.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Role and Responsibilities

• Learning and maintaining knowledge of new and existing product features or issues
• Troubleshooting technical issues by researching and/or collaborating with other team members to provide feedback and solutions to customers
• Responding to high volume of emails and social media comments/chat inquiries while delivering excellent customer service and managing customer expectations
• Write comprehensive support related, pre and post delivery emails to customers
• Willing to take on weekend and public holiday work duty

Requirements

• Experience in email support, social media comments, live chat.
• Proven record of delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, calm, and positive attitude
• Knowledge of customer experience lifecycle.
• Interpersonal skills to work with a variety of internal teams
• Advanced knowledge of written email etiquette
• Excellent written communication skills on emails and live chats
• Ability to thrive and learn quickly in a lively work environment
• Comfortable with services and tools such as Zendesk and Facebook Business Suite
• Ability to work both independently, as well as with a team.

· To assist in answering phone calls and emails

· To attend to customer enquiry, to provide quotation and follow up with customer on PO

· General administrative duties such as filing, data entry and sorting of documents

· To generate DO and job order to production team

· To arrange goods to be delivered to customers and ensure documents have been signed and update the system accordingly

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

· Able to start work immediately or within a short notice

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customers’ orders efficiently.
• Assist in the generation of sales order, delivery order, invoice, and credit note.
• Monitor and promptly respond to email correspondence and customer inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy in receipts, amounts, and records.
• Handle all incoming inquiries via phone, fax, email, and walk-ins.
• Execute day-to-day sales order processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfil customers’ orders.
• Provide indoor sales support.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma qualification.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and customer oriented.
• Proactive with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP/NAV system is a plus.
• Diligent and dependable with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin speaking clients.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 days’ work week (Alternate Saturday)
• AM shift #1: 7am to 4pm (Mon to Fri), 7am to 12noon (Sat) OR
• AM shift #2: 8am to 5pm (Mon to Fri), 8am to 1pm (Sat)

• 5 Jalan Tepong (Transport is provided: Pick-up point at Lakeside MRT Station)
