Job Responsibilities:
Work with various departments to promptly resolve customer needs and issues to meet/exceed service deliveries.
Handling emails and phone calls pertaining to customer’s requests and enquires.
Processing of customers’ orders.
Preferably knowledge in types of lorry crane or heavy transport
Provide real time updates on job progress into Transport Management System.
Ensure all documents are up to date to faciliate the delivery process.
Coordinate with customer to ensure smooth delivery.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
Able to work in a fast-pace environment
Meticulous and service-oriented
Preferably knowledge and experience in trucking and transportation environment.
Team player who is able to communicate and work effectively with other team members
