Job Description: SAP Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of SAP services to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing the performance of the service delivery team. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of SAP services, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage a team of service delivery coordinators, process analysts, technical leaders, and engineers.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service support.
• Collaborate with customers to address service-related concerns and provide technical solutions.
• Assist the project team with conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for projects.
• Identify new opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts and other service agreements.
• Provide product training and support to end users and distributors.
