Customer Service

Work Hours

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll benefit from a structured 5-day workweek, including one weekend day, designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Here’s what a typical week looks like:

• Weekdays: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (inclusive of a one-hour meal break)
• Days Off: Enjoy one weekday and one weekend off each week.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to address a wide range of customer service inquiries.
• Manage the entire order lifecycle, including expediting, handling requests, resolving complaints, escalating issues, and fulfilling special requirements.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, pricing accuracy, and schedule changes, while maintaining detailed records.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to troubleshoot problems, find solutions, and support the sales team by addressing customer needs and resolving roadblocks.
• Work closely with the planning team to prioritize urgent orders and optimize shipment schedules.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in conjunction with various departments, including Quality, Sales, and Logistics.
