• Respond to daily emails and phone inquiries

Your Role:

To assess vehicle damages, assist customers in accident reporting, and claims and liaise with Insurance companies & surveyors to provide excellent customer service in vehicle collision repairs.

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist customers in accident reporting, claims, and vehicle repairs.
