Responsibilities:

· To conduct on-site service, troubleshooting of drinks dispensers and vending machines

· Preventive maintenance of dispensers and drinks vending machine

· Pro-actively support other ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirement:

· Minimum at least Secondary/NITEC/NTC-3/Diploma in electronic or equivalent

· Driving Licence (Class 3) - Manual

· Company Vehicle Provided during working hours

· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· On job training provided

Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, disassemble, assemble, test, repair of electrical systems
• Execute assembling and disassembling works on the heavy-duty vehicles such as; electronic control units, cable harnesses, sensors, actuators etc
• Diagnose electrical errors by using provided diagnosis computer or execute technical assessments on failing systems to determine proper corrective repair solutions
• Execute retrofitting tasks by using provided technical drawings and SOW
• Use resources such as after sales program, electronic parts catalogue to source and find information such as spare part numbers and workshop repair information
• Follow work instructions of the manufacturer by using repair- and service manual
• Ad-hoc duties assigned to

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering Field
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience (Truck, heavy duty vehicle division) in the repairing and maintaining of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients.
• Provide professional client service and ensure reporting timelines are met.
• Setup charts of accounts for new accounting clients
• Record receipts and payments in accounting software
• Prepare month-end payments and online banking transactions.
• Responsible for month-end closing process and preparation of monthly financial report for management purposes.
• Prepare GST report and filing.
• Update cashflow report
• Audit liaison and drafting of financial statements.
• Preparation of XBRL submission
• Compute monthly payroll and year-end remuneration returns (eg.Form IR8A)
• Liaise with banks for the opening and closing of clients’ bank accounts.
• Other related accounting assignments

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts preferred.
• Experience in professional firms is an advantage.
• Japanese language skill is an advantage
• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment
• Self-motivated and serious work attitude
• Detailed and customer-service oriented.
