SUMMARY:

Develop business for the Regional Sales department by being contact point for overseas agents’ enquiries and local customers for both local and overseas market. Key Responsibilities

• Making & receiving customer inquiry calls
• Handling customer complaints and Responding to customer reviews
• Collecting & analyzing customer feedback
• Support software training & software installation with customer
• Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies
• Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
• Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
• Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help reduce accident cases
• Data analytics for software & product accuracy
• Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project
• Observe & monitor for server performance
• Arrange Company product installation or maintenance booking with the customer
