Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Sales and Project teams
• Perform general servicing, repair, testing, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical products
• Carry out site works as and when required

• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical issues
• Conduct training for customers on the safe operations of equipment & maintenance
