Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and recommending procedural improvements.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set out in the Contact Centre.
• Provide high levels of service delivery, contributing to team performance standards.
• Resolve customer concerns, feedback, and complaints using appropriate skills and techniques.
• Communicate customer feedback to the Team Manager for service improvement.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in day-to-day activities.
• Proactively promote and cross-sell company products and services when opportunities arise.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a contact centre environment.
• Certification in BCP, PGI, and HI is a plus.
• Experience in the financial industry/insurance sector is highly preferred.
• Minimum Nitec or Diploma holder.
• Strong communication skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
