Job Purpose

To provide the highest level of service in order to sell Emirates airline tickets and services and to assist customers with managing their travel plans. Job Outline:

• Deputise for the Customer Sales and Service Team Leader/Contact Centre Team Leaders in their absence and provide help and act as a role model to other team members.

Qualifications & Experience

Commercial/Sales : 3+ Years

Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or equivalent.

Experience in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry.

Knowledge/skills:

Knowledge of contact centre and airline/travel industry procedures and methodology.

Knowledge of standard Fares and Ticketing, Skywards and relevant reservations systems. PC based skills to operate Windows package including Microsoft Word/ Excel/ E-mail.

Other languages besides English: As some Contact Centres deal with multi - lingual calls, fluency in a required language will be advantageous.

Organisation Unit Purpose

The WB Credit Risk function within the Singapore Risk Team is a major control function for the Singapore Branch. Job Purpose

Principal Accountabilities

The CDD Business Advisory and Support (CDD-BAS) unit supports the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) and Wealth Management (WM) businesses on Client Due Diligence (CDD) related matters including:

• CDD documentation preparation required for client onboarding and periodic reviews
• Liaising with Business and Compliance units to address any gaps in the CDD reviews
• Monitoring of client accounts (including onboarding conditions, adverse news, documentation validity) and initiate trigger reviews

The Network Strategy Manager will assist and support the Network Planning VP in managing and overseeing all services, for the achievement of service network optimization. The Manager will be tasked to study current services with internal stakeholders to improve the network structure and study new projects that can complement the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Network Planning VP to develop an overall network plan, detailing how the network is set up to achieve company long term strategic aims.
