As an HVAC Technician, he will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
• Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper equipment operation and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma with 1 - 2 years of job-related experience.
