What is your mission?

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels such as phone lines, online feedback forms, email and live chats.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Possesses strong time management skills and is motivated to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
