• Responsible for the commissioning, troubleshooting and repair of marine generators.
• Provide after-sales technical support, site recovery and maintenance responsibilities to distributors/end customers.
• Provide the installation, commissioning and on-site training to support customers in accordance to the scope of the project.
• Generate service reports to customers in a systematic manner.
• Investigate and handle all customers’ complaints related to product failures.
• Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
• Review and assist in determining the extent of damage and repairs of warranty claims from distributors.
• Maintain close working relationships with our key customers to ensure the follow through until the issue is resolved.
• Develop service training material, ensure all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized.
• Standby support and 24/7 emergency call for customer support.
• Provide specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skill sets

job requirement

• Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• This position requires fair amount of traveling in the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia Region
• Possess strong customer service orientation, enthusiasm for power generation products, electrical and control system
• Prior electrical and control experience with various control system (John Deere ECU and KDI ECU) and synchronization system will be advantageous
• Communication will be required with Taiwan & China customers
• Willing to work in the West

Job Requirements:

• Solid electric, hydraulic & mechanic knowledge, with background either as a former maker's engineer (MacGregor, Liebherr, IHI, Mitsubishi)
• Good Ship's Electrician (Electric Technical Officer) who has sailing experience on bulkers with deck cranes.
• 3-5 years' experience in the industry.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of PLC-controlled electro-hydraulic cranes and hydraulic machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending electric and hydraulic diagrams.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Capability to lead a team of mechanics and oversee significant repair projects as a Lead Engineer onboard, during voyages, and in Ship Yards.
• Proficiency in writing technical reports and communicating effectively with owners' representatives.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Officer (E/O) on bulker vessels equipped with deck cranes would be beneficial.
• Prior employment as a service engineer with a leading deck crane manufacturer would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFD) would be advantageous.

We are now looking for an Senior Customer Success Specialist, APAC; you will act as a strategic partner to our enterprise customers. You will be proactive in ensuring product adoption, building customer relationships, soliciting customer feedback, and analyzing patterns of successful customers. ABOUT THE ROLE

• Responsible to reach out to customers proactively off renewal cycle to understand customers’ situation, and help them solve challenges, directly or by channeling their request to Support & Professional Service teams
• Back up retention teams in peak periods or when coverage is needed
• Provide inputs for the creation of a customer health index, they need to understand risk of churn, and share with account manager and retention teams
• Work with Sales, Professional Services, Product & Support colleagues to address customer needs and ensure best practice product utilization.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field

• Experience with CRM tools i.e. SalesForce.com
• Working within a multi-division organization with various sales and marketing channels
