Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, accounting, or relevant field
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Trust Administration or relevant; candidates with solid relevant experience will be considered for a manager position
• Proven experience in an assistant managerial role or managerial role
• Solid understanding of relevant trust laws and regulations related to trusts, estate planning, taxation, and fiduciary responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities

Minimum requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role ideally customer success, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations across Greater China, preferably working with a technical product
• Mandarin-speaking is essential in this role

Pay and benefits
The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is S$185,800 - S$278,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Responsibilities

• Monitor tool performance metrics consistently to ensure high uptime, rapid ticket resolution, and overall operational efficiency;

Reporting into the Group Treasurer, you will oversee a team of junior treasurers; overseeing the daily treasury activities. This includes cash management, liquidity management, treasury risk and management reporting.
