Job Description:

• Order processing duties including but not limited to order entry, order amendments, order status notification, and order expediting.
• Attend and respond to all enquiries and customers’ feedback by telephone, fax and emails on timely manner.
• Provide professional service and advice to customers pertaining to products.
• Preparation of quotation and send to customers by telephone, fax or email.
• Follow-up on outstanding order and perform call-backs to customers if necessary.
• Perform close follow-up and internal co-ordination with customers, logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
• To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to achieve the sales targets.
• Prepare proforma invoice for the accuracy of the orders.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “O” / Diploma levels.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
• Competence in PC skills (MC Microsoft Office)
• Must be a team player, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Good communication skills and able to take up pressure.

Purpose: The role is responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the Company products and processes. You are required to drive internal departments on quality-related issues to follow up on effective corrective/preventive actions. You will be liaising with the internal team to support QBR, RMA, IFR, MRB, FAI Review and approval with Supplier and customer, In-Process Audit, FA Launch, 8D, SDR, FPY, tracker processes, and communicate between customer and internal team on Quality related matters.

Key areas of responsibilities:

• Lead and drive customer quality CAB meetings to derive root causes and corrective and preventive actions based on 8D methodology
• Perform ad-hoc visits to customer sites to facilitate investigation and improvement proposal
• Develop, drive, and lead the improvement of manufacturing systems and processes to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Lead and drive company-wide continuous improvement projects with relevant Organizations
• Build and drive customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction
• Perform customer quality performance monitoring and reporting to internal management and customer
• Manage the first article process and submit the report to the customer for approval
• Lead cross-functional team to establish the outgoing inspection checklist for NPI to ensure that the product meets customer requirement
• Analyze customer quality performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Perform manufacturing audit

Qualification & Experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Manufacturing Engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience, 3 years in dealing with customer quality managers or direct customer facing, related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment industry, electronics, or high-tech instrument industry
• Strong knowledge and practices in 8D, SPC, FMEA, 6-sigma methodology (Certified Black/Green Belt), and change management
• Good understanding of first-article inspection requirements and expectations
• Excellent leadership and effective communicator with all levels of associates and management
• Experienced in Minitab is an advantage
• Experienced QMS auditor

Main Activities:

• 50% on board

• 50% support at the office

• Perform servicing, repairs and maintenance on related industrial equipment (diesel engine, auxiliary engine, Volumetric Meter,etc)

• Good knowledge of high speed diesel engine

• Able to prepare a hand-written work done, with data recorded as per format templates and service report with photos, upon completion of job.

• Experience in handling harbourcraft vessels/small barges operation or coastal bunkering operation

• Liaise with customers on delivery schedule by bunker barges and requirement

Requirements:

• Certificates or Higher in any Marine or Mechanical or Automotive or Engine or equivalent engineering

• Min 2 years of working experience in Engine, Genset or automotive or Marine industries

• Familiar with Singapore port waters

• Valid MPA Helmsman / Steerman (Port limit) license is an advantage but not a must

• Good knowledge in MS Office.

Position Description :To provide service support to Customers.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

DATA MAINTENANCE

• Create New Customer Account; Create New Material Master .
• Create New Material Master (ALL include Tools)/Flag deletion for obsolete parts
• Maintain Tool Life & FG Relationship
• Prepare Quotation for Tool and part price and Customer orders

SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

• Raise SRF For New Tool/Tool Modification/Prototype
• Coordinate any Raw material required for SRF
• Coordinate with respective support /functional groups for delivery schedule
• Follow up delivery schedule for SPI

CUSTOMER POS PROCESSING

• Receive Customers’ POS through email/fax or download from EDI /Check Selling Price in Order
• Perform Consignment billing issue /return
• Review Raw Materials Replenishment & promptly raise PR to Buyer
• Liaise with Planners for Delivery Schedules
• Timely provide PO acknowledgement & delivery schedule to Customers
• Update Delivery schedules into SAP or any rescheduling requests from Customers after coordinating with planners
• Promptly pre-alert and provide recovery schedules to customers
• Create RMA return order /follow up unblock /any replacement required

CUSTOMER FORECAST MANAGEMENT

Follow up monthly forecast from customer and update for below planning: -

• QRE – sales revenue projections
• Raw material replenishment (customers’ liability & buffer stock agreement)
• Plant capacity review -> provide to planning group
• Review actual vs forecast & follow up action for huge disparity (drop)

TOOL LIFE TRACKING

• Monthly update tool life consumption and balance tool life
• Provide Trigger to Sales and Marketing for Tool replacement if tool life fall short

KPI Tracking /REPORTs

• On Time Delivery Performance
• Customer PO Response Time
• Monthly Premium Freight
• Quarterly Review Slow Moving Items & Follow up with customers

Job Requirements :

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum diploma qualification in any principal.
• Experience: Min 2 years in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge Required: Basic understanding in ERP/MRP, preferably with SAP knowledge
• Skills Required: Proficient in Microsoft ; Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Attributes Required: Pleasant personality and able to work independently as well as in a team.
