Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for users of the IT system, clarify and direct queries that require in-depth technical support to subject matter experts, track and close queries.
• Provide assistance for User Account Management – guide users how to create / modify / delete user access.
• Provide assistance for User Account Review (UAR) – ensuring they conduct UAR on a timely manner.
• Provide basic on-boarding of new division representatives for ComLink systems.
• Support in other administrative duties which can include maintaining and updating of data.
