The Senior Centre Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic management of a retail mall. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing tenant and shopper experience in alignment with our Client's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational KPIs.
- Identify and drive initiatives to increase footfall, tenant sales, and shopper satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to keep the mall competitive and innovative.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, including income, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
-Work with the leasing team to optimize rental income through tenancy mix and lease negotiations.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, ensuring open communication and addressing their needs effectively.
- Handle tenant fit-out coordination, renewals, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, leasing, operations) to enhance overall mall performance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day mall operations, adhering to safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Oversee maintenance, security, and housekeeping to deliver a high standard of shopper experience.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and sustainability enhancements.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the mall management team to achieve performance goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
- At least 8–10 years of experience in retail mall management, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of retail trends, tenant mix strategy, and operational best practices.
- Proven track record in financial and team management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with property management systems is an advantage.
