Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly understanding and addressing the needs of each caller.
• Offer accurate and relevant information to effectively resolve inquiries over the phone.
• Schedule or reschedule appointments according to the caller's preferences.
• Manage additional administrative tasks, including email correspondence, referral requests, and emergency activations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Prior working experience in contact centre is advantageous
