Work Hours

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• You'll also get one weekday off and one weekend off each week
• Engaging 2-hours (+/-) team meeting weekly, to brainstorm and collaborate.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
• Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite applications (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities

Job Responsibilities

1) Assess and identify the individual needs of clients by using specific assessment tools

2) Formulate, develop and implement appropriate rehabilitative programs.

3) Monitor and evaluate clients' individualize needs and progress.

4) Be part of the multi-disciplinary team of various disciplines in the program.

5) Educate and Train caregivers in carrying out home therapy and program.

Job Requirements:

1) Recognised Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Speech Therapy.

1. Respond to the incoming enquiries/incident/request/alerts (Call, Email, Webchat, EUP, IVR handling, Monitoring consoles)

• 1st level troubleshooting of in supported systems
• i.e. Workplace; Server; Network; Microsoft 365; Secure Access Service Edge; Point of Sale
• Security event monitoring
• Server and network availability and performance monitoring
• Password reset and unlock
• Perform log & route [to higher tier or Resolver Team(s)]

2. Record and manage all transactions/ cases in Service Management System

3. Broadcast notifications to the relevant parties

4. Provide timely status update, follow up on cases escalated until closure within the service level agreement.

5. Ensure daily tasks are executed according to the Standard Operation Procedure
