Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Java / Avaloq-based applications.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze, identify, and resolve complex software issues.
- Debug and troubleshoot Java code to fix defects and performance issues.
- Utilize logs, monitoring tools, and other diagnostic methods to identify root causes
- Manage and prioritize incident tickets and service requests.
- Setting up complex production environments for web applications
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for preventing future incidents.
- Participate in the development and deployment of application updates and enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application support and performance.
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development and application support.Proficiency in Java, spring boot, Avaloq
- Experience in Payment Gateway integration
- Experience in Developement, Support in release and deployments
- Experience in Investigating critical production issues, daily batch issues and recovery
- Strong experience in Java, springboot, Kafka, Avaloq Scripting, Maria DB, Microservices
