· Responsible for ticketing, customer service and event coordination.
· Assist walk-in customer.
· Work closely with Sales Department on upcoming events for School Visit, Birthday Party and etc.
· Take care and supervise the children visiting KidZania.
· Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
· Ensure that the SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered.
· Participate in the trainings necessary for your role in the park, which in this case is Customer Service SOP Training, Emergency Response and First Aid Training, KidZania Essence Training.
· Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing task of the park.
· Conduct daily cleaning of the establishment and the park.
· Interact with children in different activities and guide them to be a Doctor, Fireman, Pilot, Model, Actor and much more plus offering them an excellent service.
· Any other tasks allocated to you by the management which may not be specified in this Job Description but are within your competencies
