Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

• Experience in Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DMFA)
• Experienced as NPI and test engineer
• Knowledge in Process Engineering, Data Analysis (RCA, 5Why.4D), CAD and Electrical Design
• Alternative tools exploration such as smart tools and fixtures which support better ergonomics will also be considered.

What You will do:

• Support ESG Reporting and Program Metrics: Assist in gathering data and reporting on ESG metrics, ensuring alignment with ChampionX’s overall ESG strategy.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Sustainability, or Procurement
• Relevant procurement experience, whether gained from clients, contractors, or consulting organizations.
• Familiarity with key responsible sourcing areas, including human rights, environmental impact, health and safety, anti-bribery and corruption, labor practices, and other socio-economic considerations.
• Knowledge of ESG legislative and regulatory environments is desirable but not mandatory.
• Confident and able to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a procurement or shared services environment. Good IT skills and a strong interest in tools, systems, data, and numbers.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.
• Motivated and focused on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
