About the Role

Our Clinic Patients Relations team is growing rapidly and we’re looking for energetic, customer-oriented and detailed oriented folks to join our energetic team. As a Clinic Receptionist you will manage all aspects of patient’s experience at the front (and back of) desk.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Be the first point of contact to patients
• Manage appointments, payments and patient enquiries
• Handle patient's concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Undertake cashiering, invoicing and collection of payments

Clinic Operations

• Opening and closing of clinic
• Prepare instruments and treatment rooms

Administration

Qualifications:
