2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers and prospects inquiries and feedback
3. Designing EDM for each workshop to send information to clients in the region
4. Assist in designing and producing in-house promotional materials.
5. Maintain up-to-date files and records.
6. Handle daily general administration tasks and support service operations.
