Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of lifeboats, davits, and related safety systems in accordance with SOLAS and IMO standards.
  Perform load testing, release gear inspections, and condition assessments.
  
• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  
• Prepare inspection and maintenance reports for submission to classification societies or flag authorities.
  Maintain accurate records of completed work, including parts and labor used.
  
• Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding lifeboat safety and equipment compliance.
  Offer guidance on preventative maintenance programs.
  
• Stay updated with international maritime safety regulations and standards.
  Ensure work is performed in a safe manner, following company and industry safety protocols.
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in lifeboat inspection and servicing (e.g., SOLAS or manufacturer-specific training).
• Proven experience in lifeboat maintenance, repair, and servicing (3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations, including SOLAS, IMO, and LSA Code requirements.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Your impact:

As Core Collective grows we are looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join the team.

The CX team is the familiar face that all Residents and Members can look to when they have questions or issues. They are the "knowledge and call center" of the business. It is important that each and every single CX team member knows what is going on in the business in order to give accurate answers or to point Residents or Members in the accurate direction. They are the face of welcome and also the face of discipline.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service (Residents and Clients):

• Ensure that customer experience excellence is delivered within the business, culture and values
• Front desk duties and shift work, to greet and welcome guests, answering phone calls and perform service calls
• Attend to both residents and clients request and resolve dispute in a timely manner
• Assist in check ins with residents and clients in a systematic and timely manner
• Assist in touring of space, and promote the brand / company’s services offered
• Be trained with ability to close walk in leads
• Follow through of SOPs at all times

Facilities and Operations:

• Ensuring that center’s facilities and operations are in excellent condition, with SOPs and internal processes being followed
• Ensuring that vendors services are delivered to Core collective in accordance with SOPs and contracts
• Inventory management

Others:

• Assist in collating data and and reporting for task assigned
• Perform other job related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned to you from time to time

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2 years of relevant Customer Service experience (Hospitality background would be an added advantage). Passionate about providing excellent service to our internal and external clients

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer’s enquiries at Walk-in Service counter
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain of stock inventory
• Preparation of weekly/ monthly report
• Keep front desk neat & tidy with necessary material
• Take up other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• “O” Level/ ITE Nitec/ Diploma in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Initiative with positive attitude, willingness to learn and must be a team player
• Committed and able to work independently
• Friendly and Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
