Job Scope:

• Provide customer service and admin operational support
• Serve as the main point of contact for external corporate customers and internal stakeholder
• Provide support on daily operations including registration / de-registration of corporate vehicles, follow up on renewal cases and credit card expiry date, blacklisting requests, tracking of refunds, etc
