3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers in China and across Asia. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Opportunity Pursuit: Lead the pursuit of new business opportunities, including project bids, partnerships, and acquisitions, within the construction sector. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.
5. Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to the business development team across China and Asian countries. Foster a high-performance culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
6. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and conversion strategies. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize results.

• Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum tailored to the needs of infants and toddlers.
• Monitor and document children’s progress through developmental portfolios and progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT), Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC), or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
